Improved fault tolerance for storage delays
Fault tolerance has been improved when using storages with delays in updating file status information in the file system.
In order to achieve this, retries are performed for files that initially failed to transfer.
Improvements
- The query performance for shot data has been improved, resulting in faster processing and lower system load.
- The classification of video resolutions (e.g. HD, UHD, 4K) has been revised and adapted to common standards.
Bug fixes
- When using database replication with database routing, assets are reliably displayed after API import, even with delayed database synchronisation.
- Access tokens can be used immediately after login – even when using database replication.
- The status of deleted assets is no longer reset but retained and delivered via asset events.
- Automated content analyses now also start as expected for live ingests and API imports.
- The import of image and video files with very long (over 255 characters) or non-Latin file names now works without errors.
- Available tooltips for keyboard shortcuts are displayed for all buttons and menus in the user interface.
